Viktiga begränsningar för BinCheck-verktyg, data och utbildningsmaterial.

Last updated

The following disclaimers apply to the BinCheck website and related tools operated by Quadlem, LLC (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you acknowledge these disclaimers. They supplement — and do not replace — our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. General information only

Content on the Site (including articles, guides, FAQs, and tooltips) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, compliance, or security advice. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific circumstances, obligations, and risk tolerance.

2. No issuer affiliation; data accuracy

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card network, issuing bank, or payment brand. BIN/IIN ranges, issuer names, countries, card types/levels, and related attributes are compiled from third-party databases, public sources, and automated processes and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated entries.

We do not warrant that any lookup result is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. You should independently verify information material to your decisions, including with the relevant issuer or payment network when appropriate.

3. Tools and generated outputs

Interactive tools (including BIN checks, IP/BIN comparisons, generators for test numbers, and similar utilities) produce outputs based on algorithms and available data. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or misleading if inputs are incorrect, if data sources lag reality, or if edge cases are not modeled.

Sample or test card numbers and related outputs must not be used to attempt real purchases, circumvent authentication, or engage in fraud. Use such tools only in lawful testing and development contexts consistent with applicable policies of your organization and any platforms you integrate with.

4. Fraud investigation materials

Any guides or checklists related to fraud investigation are educational frameworks only. They are not instructions to take any specific law-enforcement or civil action, and they do not create a professional relationship. Investigations may carry legal, regulatory, and operational risks; consult counsel and your internal policies before acting.

5. Geolocation and IP-based estimates

IP-based location and geocoding features provide approximate results. IP geolocation is inherently uncertain and may reflect VPNs, proxies, carrier-grade NAT, corporate networks, or incorrect registry data. Do not rely on IP-derived location as the sole factor in high-risk decisions.

6. API and Platform services

If you access our API or other services through the Platform, additional disclaimers, service level terms, and limitations apply under your Platform agreement. The Site may describe capabilities at a high level; contractual commitments exist only in executed Platform terms and order documentation.

7. Third-party services

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (including data providers, analytics, maps, and hosting). We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security practices, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of remedies

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site. See our Terms of Use for additional limitations of liability.

9. Changes

We may update these disclaimers periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised disclaimers to the extent permitted by law.
